Usage:

Clean the grease and water on the knife. Hold up the sharpener and put the edge of the knife vertically into the slot, then draw back the knife. If the edge is too dull, draw back the knife several times until it is sharp. Do the process once a week. The sharpener can be used for 5-7 years.
